Terms & conditions
Last updated today.
These terms are an agreement between you and Shannon Foster-Boline, a sole proprietor in Tennessee ("we," "us"), who operates My Real Estate Business Coach, by Shannon Builds. By creating an account or continuing to use the service you agree to them. If you are agreeing on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to do so.
The service
My Real Estate Business Coach helps real estate agents set an income goal, understand what it requires, track pipeline and closed business, and receive coaching suggestions. It is a planning and coaching tool. It is not a CRM, transaction management system, brokerage system or accounting system.
Not financial, legal or tax advice
Forecasts, projections, weighted pipeline figures and coaching suggestions are estimates based on the information you enter and simple assumptions. They are not guaranteed income, not a promise of results, and not financial, legal or tax advice. Business decisions remain yours. Some prospecting activities are regulated where you work — you are responsible for complying with the rules that apply to you and your brokerage.
Your account
- My Real Estate Business Coach is intended for users age 18 and older.
- Provide accurate information and keep it current.
- Keep your credentials confidential; you are responsible for activity on your account.
Acceptable use
You must not use the service for anything unlawful, or to:
- commit fraud, send spam, or harass anyone;
- infringe intellectual property or privacy rights;
- store personal information about clients or third parties in the product;
- probe, scrape, overload or interfere with the service or its security;
- reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the service or circumvent plan limits.
Intellectual property
We own the service, its software, content and branding. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it under your plan. You keep ownership of the data you enter, and grant us the limited right to host and process it in order to provide the service.
Payment and subscriptions
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are set out in Paddle's Buyer Terms. Support for using the My Real Estate Business Coach product itself is provided by us at shannon@fosterbolinegroup.com or 865-617-8287.
Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the interval you chose until cancelled. Existing founding subscriptions remain at the price attached to that active founding subscription while it remains continuously active; it is not a temporary first-year discount. If you cancel and subscribe again later, you are not automatically entitled to the former founding price.
Cancellation, and closing your account
These are two different things. Cancelling your subscription stops future renewals; paid access continues through the period you have already paid for, after which your account returns to the Free plan. Your plan and existing product data remain stored, and subscribing again later can restore access to those paid features and data. Cancelling does not close or delete your account.
Closing your account is a separate request to shannon@fosterbolinegroup.com. We will then close the account and delete or anonymise your data, apart from records we must retain for legal, accounting or transaction-record purposes.
Our refund and cancellation terms, including a voluntary 14-day money-back guarantee on your initial paid subscription purchase, are set out in our Refund & cancellation policy.
Third-party calendar connections
You may optionally connect a supported calendar account to help schedule activities and use availability-aware features. Calendar functionality depends on the availability and policies of the third-party calendar provider, such as Google. We do not guarantee calendar availability, conflict-free scheduling or uninterrupted third-party service, and you remain responsible for reviewing scheduled events and your own calendar.
Disconnecting a calendar stops future connected-calendar access but does not necessarily remove calendar events already created unless the product explicitly removes them.
Availability
We work to keep the service reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we may change or discontinue features.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious misuse. You may close your account at any time.
Warranties and liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits, lost business or lost data, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law does not allow it.
Indemnity
You will indemnify us against claims arising from your unlawful use of the service, the data you enter, or your breach of these terms.
General
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, subject to any mandatory rights that apply to consumers in their jurisdiction. You may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them in a merger, acquisition or other transfer of the business. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control. Questions: shannon@fosterbolinegroup.com or 865-617-8287.
